1904 5d dull purple & ultramarine KEVII Ovpt ''BOARD OF EDUCATION''. Unfortunately this is a forged overprint but has been done very skilfully and is only flawed by the fact that the overprint in OVER the pre-existing postmark. None the less, ideal for the forgery/fake collector or a way to add a £8500 catalogued stamp to your collection for a lot less!
