1833 (7th March) lease on large vellum (mammal skin prepared for writing or printing) in the reign of King William IV, who ascended to the throne in 1830 after George IV. This is for the lease of property in the parish of Shobdon, County of Hereford. With the rare blue £1 & 15/- revenue stamp with Cypher stamp at back & Hereford District Court Crown Seal underneath. Complete document with the 4 signatories & their respective wax seals (all undamaged). Scarce & most attractive. A beautiful manuscript item, ideal for framing with a conservative estimate.
