1945 (1st Oct) RAF Post stampless “On Active Service” airmail cover complete with 3 page detailed letter to UK from member of the Ceylon Air Force, Section H, RAF 301 stationed on the Island. Indistinct cds but date clear. Fascinating insight into the time (and how much of it they had on their hands!) & unusual usage.
