1913/14 1d rose-red engraved KGV Plate 1, horizontal imperforate pair with blind perfs between the stamps. Fresh MVLH verging on MUH. RPS (Victoria) 2009 Cert. listing it as ACSC (2007) 59b? Would appear to be ACSC 59bc Cat. $7500 but with the ''Blind Perf'' element. A striking item with a totally imperf appearance.
