Readdressed to Cannington with neighbouring Land Titles Office frank stamp (W260.1) in violet top right plus several Registered & Dead Letter Office markings. Also a Canning arrival dated in m/s "SP 12". The Victoria Park Post & Telegraph ORS1 is rated "rare" by Goulder while PMI usage dates it as c1901. Good cond.
