1931 (23rd Apr) First "All The Way" Experimental Flight covers Australia to England x 8 incl scarce usage of 2/- kangaroo alone plus one England to Australia return. Also an original Imperial Airways letter of April 1931 accompanying cover offered "as an interesting souvenir of the first Empire Air Mail between Australia and Great Britain". Incls one South Brisbane Reg'd addressed to SG in The Strand. All with mixed frankings, most with Kingsford Smith commems featured & all with cachet in mauve. Good to VG cond.
