South Australia Collection on Hagners from 1856/58 1d yellow green (1866 cds) before 2d imperf shades range from pale vermilion to blood red (7) & rouletted (10), 6d deep blue imperf (2), rouletted or perf violet ultramarine (3), deep (4 perfd) or Prussian blue, 1/- orange imperf (1859 cds in blue, 2 margins) with 1/- roulette (3) & perf in 12 shades, incl a dark grey brown MLH (SG 40, Cat. £425). Incls "OS" type 1 red-brown with blurred print & normal, type 2 1891 "OS" dull brown (4), 1860/69 4d dull violet, 1867/70 ditto & dull purple, 1870/71 4d dull lilac & dull purple shades (5) & deep mauve ovptd "OS" MLH plus 7 others used in various shades. Continues with "3 Pence" on 4d in black (7) & red, 2/- carmine shades & perfs (8), "OS" types 1 & 2 x 2 of each used before 1860/69 9d grey lilac (2), 1868/79 9d claret, bright mauve (4), 1876/1900 shades incl rose-lilac (SG 124) pair MLH (Cat. £22 x 2), 8d on 9d (2), 10d on 9d orange-red (2), 1868/70 on yellow & 1869/79.
