British Asia Largely used pre-1960 on 60+ Hagners with only a small percentage better than "packet material" but nearly all items are "flagged" with cat. numbers & vals. All are in chronological order for India & States, Ceylon, Straits Settlements, Malay States & Hong Kong plus a few Hagners of early Japan at the end. Enormous catalogue val but very mixed cond. Johore 12¢ PD F/U (Cat. £140) was the best sighted. Also noted Sarawak $10 Vyner Brooke pair MUH with Japanese revenue ovpt (Cat. £50 x2 by Barefoot), a small range of Brunei, North Borneo & Labuan precedes Thailand (to 1932) & Hong Kong which incls KGVI $10 good used (SG 162). A Hagner of Shanghai & mixed China & 1895/1900 Korea slips in ahead of Japan. Half the reserve figure is the Hagners themselves which are in vg cond. (1000s)
