Great Britain 1823-1897 postal history presented on leaves in sleeves in SG binder, comprising 44 pre-stamp "fronts" of privileged mail sent at no charge, 1852-1865 covers/entires (9 with 1d red & 1x 1d pink embossed), 1865-1868 group of 10 plus 2 with "PAID" cachets, 1870-1874 group of 10 with 1d reds & 1875-1897 x 6 with 1d red, 2 with 1d pink embossed & 6x with 1885 1d lilac plus a 2d grey embossed PSE. All well written up & displayed, some with "windows" allowing easy inspection. Most impressive & well researched piece of work. (91)
