Italian Colonies-Libya 1904 Bengasi I Piastra ovpt on piece with block of 4 x 25¢ blue with central hooded cds with "Posta Militare" on hood, Division 20-10-11 Bengasi on cds part. Cancelled the day before Benghazi was occupied by troops in the Turco-Italian War hence the late use of SG 169 originally issued July 1901. Cat. £200 x 4
