1970 (June) Incoming cover from Mt Pleasant, Rhodesia (25 May 1970) bearing heavily stained 8ยข & GB Postage Dues (4d x 5 plus 2d) with attached label in red advising that "...stamps issued in Rhodesia of the kind used on this postal packet have no legal basis. The packet is accordingly surcharged". A nice reminder of GB Govt action during the Rhodesian "U.O.I" (Unilateral Declaration of Independence) government of Ian Smith.
