USA 1881 Chester, England addressed cover with 1879 1¢ & 2¢ pair tied by obliterator strike with neighbouring "Cohoes NY" cds. Neat "PAID LIVERPOOL U.S. PACKET 17 AP 81" red cds & part Chester receival of same date indicating that the "Paid" strike was applied on arrival. Minor soiling & no back flap but remains attractive.
