1936 (Jan & Mar) commercial window-envelopes with KGV 1d & 3d Vic Cent on one & 4d olive KGV 4d olive on the Nestlé example tied by Perth slogans. Both with Carnarvon arrival b/s's. An interesting duo as the "Printed Matter" rate was 1d plus the Airmail supplement of 3d. This quadrupling of the cost would have deterred most senders of printed notices etc from using the airmail service. (2)
