1899 2d yellow, W Crown A wmk Specimen pair with "ULTRAMAR" in blue ink. Between 1895 & 1910 UPU Specimen stamps of Western Australia were sent to Lisborne for distribution to Portuguese Colonies. These were handstamped "ULTRAMAR" prior to despatch. Fine MUH pair v& rarely seen.
