Useful Cook Is incl 1949 to 3/- MLH/used, 1963 defins to 5/- MUH, 1966 Churchill, 1966 Airs incl 2 sizes of aeroplane ovpt most noticeable on 1/- & 10/- plus £1 also with "aeroplane omitted" variety MUH (Cat. £38), 1967 surcharges to $1 on 10/- incl 2¢ & 2½¢ surcharges in pairs with differing fonts.
