J. Thos Peet was the Govt Land Agent & sworn valuer. Shows his house, real estate agency & him mounted on horseback". Note: A swastika is prominently displayed lower left as in the early 20th century the swastika was used as a symbol of good luck in advertising. Postally used from Perth to England. A rare & important piece of WA history.
