Ceylon 1857 4d dull rose. Cut square with clear but close margins. Fine used by light barred obliterator with RPSL Cert. (1986) which states "has been repaired". There is an almost imperceptible 1mm tear above "E" of "Ceylon". Useful at this reserve. SG 4, Cat. £4500
