1941 5½d on 5d ram with misplaced surcharge by 3mm to left projecting into margin. ACSC 224c relates to vertical misplacement but this leftward displacement is equally dramatic. ACSC stating "Only vertical misplacements have been seen". Fine MUH. ACSC 224c, Cat. $750 for pair.
