1937 (1st Oct) NSW Sesqui-Cent on Official Sydney Harbour Bridge illust cover with set of 3 tied by crisp Kalgoorlie cds's. Neatly hand addressed to Mrs Elsey, Bishopsbourne, Kalgoorlie with additional Kalgoorlie strike on reverse. Sent by her husband, William Edward Elsey who was Bishop of Kalgoorlie at the time & later to be Chaplain to the Australian Armed Forces during World War II. Exc cond & an interesting background to sender.
