States Range of imperfs to 1900 with numeral postmarks consisting Victoria (180), Tasmania (14) & WA (18) incl dumb obliterator in red on GCA 6d violet. Quality of strikes good to fine throughout with odd stamp fault. e.g. WA 1854 1d black cut into at base. Should be viewed to appreciate.
