1898 "WEST AUSTRALIAN NEWSPAPER ONLY" illust wrapper for the "WESTERN MAIL". Block printing press addressed "Rev. G. SADLER, Guildford." Unused with no postal markings but hand written accounts inside possibly in Sadlers own hand referring to "Paid Mathers for repairs to 3 bed room sanctioned & directed by W. Johnson" & various rates figures & a "Commission omitted on £39 paid to Executors". Previously unrecorded Newspaper Wrapper & possibly the earliest known example. Apart from some filing folders, VG cond & attractive.
