1911 (24th Jan) Registered "UNCLAIMED" "On His Majesty's Service" cover from Perth to Pingelly & re-addressed to Narrogin. 5d bistre swan V/Crown perfined "OS" (ACSC W39b) tied by Perth oval Registered ODS 3b (rated 2-5 by Goulder) with Wickepin D27 transit cds below. Pingelly 3b (2-3) & Dead Letter Office GPO Perth oval ORS3-a in violet on reverse. PMI dates 1-05-11 to 1-12-11 for the latter. Ordinary stamp cat $150 or $500 on cover but "OS" is unpriced on cover but by extrapolation must be at least $1000? Some cover faults but stamp unaffected.
