Canada 1942/46 3ยข purple KGVI vertical strip of 4 & single with correctly positioned horizontal perfs but vertical perfs grossly misplaced resulting in one row skewed from centre of top stamp to lower right of bottom stamp. Single stamp shows one vertical perf row. All with gum disturbance & a crease but visually spectacular.
