1915/28 3rd Watermark 3d olive, Die IIB pair with minor kiss print on bottom frame of top stamp & top frame of bottom stamp. Used pair with indistinct cancel, a few short perfs & lower stamp has surface thin. Unlisted variety with Drury cert (2017). Most unusual. ACSC 14Avar.
