India 1936-1938 KGV 7½a on 8a airmail Pre-Stamped Env group to WA addressee two of which are taxed (correct airmail rate was 11½a) plus another two with correct uprate & all cancelled with hooded "Patiala State Chail" cancels. Two have boxed "Too Late For Airmail…" & another two have correct make up & no extra cachets with yet another showing only 2a make up (2a short) with Perth 1938 slogan machine cancel overwriting Indian cancels & a final cover has make up block of 4 x 1a on reverse flap. Mixed cond but an interesting "variations on a theme"! (8)
