1913 1st wmk ½d green on newspaper, "Australia: Outer of "The Herald"" for Melbourne July 26, 1913, tied by Geelong cds. Addressed to RR Long, Council Chambers, Leederville with article of interest marked in same ink. Yellowed & with multiple folds, but virtually free of tears. Interesting & lovely original usage.
