"T" in circle with 18c in m/s & "Not Air Mail Insufficient Postage Prepaid" added in purple plus "Paquebot" in black & violet "Royal Interocean Lines M.V.Straat Chatham" cachet. Also "Printed Matter" handstamped in blue at base on "Orient Line" stationery env. Lovely item.
