Jamaica 1947 UPU Congress (Paris) royal blue folder with "GRI" monogram in gold on front & containing 12 KGVI defins of Jamaica (all values simplified to 10/-) plus Victory pair, mounted on black background with "Avec les Compliments de M. Le Secretaire d'Etat Pour Les Colonies al'Occasion du XIIE Congress Postal Universal Paris 1947" printed on facing sheet. Some thins on outer cover, but an interesting item.
