Holborn Hill" in black to Pentonville with arrival mark in red & 1838 (Dec) typeset "single sheet" to Scottish (Widows' Fund) Life Assurance Office Edinburgh. Also 1839 (Jun) to Colchester with unboxed two line "T.P. Holborn Bar" in black, 1841 (May) to Norfolk with boxed (M/C shape) "PAID 01 01MAY01 1841" in red, 1846 (Aug) stampless Edinburgh to Boulogne, M/S 5,10/1/3- for overseas rate, circled "PD", "PAID BY12AU12 1846" in red & separately "PAID at EDINB E AUG10 1846 G" with address in French & a 1850 (Mar) Dumfries to Yealmptom, Devon with transit Plympton & arrival Yealmpton struck on reverse.
