1929 (3rd May) cover to England with handwritten "By Aerial Mail" top left. 1½d KGV & 3d air tied by "MALVERN 3 MY 29 VIC" cds. As letter rate was increased to 2d in 1926, this letter appears underpaid but not taxed. Spotting at right, but neatly opened.
