1926 (15th Oct) King George V hand written & signed letter on Sandringham, Norfolk headed paper to his equerry, Sir B Godfrey Faussett. An important letter talking of KGV & Queen Mary moving from York Cottage to the big house at Sandringham (after the death of Queen Alexander). He also talks of his Balmoral visit, "Wonderful weather at Balmoral, we only got 45 stags & 850 brace of grouse. I got a "Royal" with good head the day we left." A wonderful letter from this period in fine cond.
