Aspects of the topic are mainly illustrated with card/covers of GB, USA & Australia, but interesting addition is "Bottle Mail" with letters extracted from bottles in the South Pacific, noting 1854 to 1881 (4 items) from clergymen in Samoa corresponding with each other.
