1993 24p brown Machin Forgery on env with handwritten address. "FORGED STAMP(S)" cachet in blue applied next to ""POSTED UNPAID/TO PAY" box cachet with "24" in M/S. On reverse is yellow sticker with "ROYAL MAIL We would like to retain this cover and to know the name and address of the sender. Please hand it to the postman or take it to your nearest Royal Mail Sorting office" with green London E1 - E18 PEB Sorting Office cds dated Nov 1993. Roughly opened with some staining around stamp but a scarce modern day forgery.
