This long cover has Singapore 20c & 50c KGVI tied by Singapore 1 MAY 53 cds on Airmail env with "SALVAGED MAIL "Comet" Crash. Near Calcutta 2nd.MAY 1953." 3 line cachet in violet. Understandably heavily "weathered" cond.
