World 1870's to 1970's in expanded "Globe" loose leaf album over 5cm thick with most pages well covered. Mixture of used & mint (which would add $100 to stated reserve if they were MLH) with pickings incl GB 1840 1d black x 2 with 4 close margins (one with surface thin) & 1847 6d mauve cut square F/U, other QV of high Cat. but mixed cond. incl 1867/83 £1 brown purple (SG 123, Cat. £4000) with two repaired tears. Reasonable Australia with Kangaroos to 5/-, KGV to 1/4d used & 1960's MHH. Not many scarce in other countries, but noted Italy 1924 "Propaganda of the Faith" (20¢ thinned) used (SG Cat. £300) & Russia 1933 Stratosphere Balloon average MLH (Cat. £200). Shame about the heavy hinging but should reward patient examination. (1000s)
