Hungary 1885 Registered letter from Budapest with scarce use of stamps as postage dues. 10kr blue perf. 11½ x 12 (Mi. 24) used however postage insufficient, so further 5kr rose added in lieu of PD. Arrival Vienna SEP 20 1885 Austria cds plus registered commercial cover front from Palcz on Oct 2 1890 with 10kr blue & pair 20kr grey/black (Mi. 24/25). Again postage insufficient so 2 x 2kr violet on violet paper applied in lieu of PD. Both good cond. (2)
