USA - Interbank Registered Parcel Tags 1923 (29th Aug) Nassau County National Bank Registered tag rated US$5.80, a 1926 Federal Bank of New York $8.23 tag & a similar with US$6.15 (one 5c stamp missing), all addressed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Each with values to $5 black & green Franklin (the second item also with 1922-25 Pictorials $1 & $2) on the reverse, the stamps with "FRB NY" or "P/NB" perfins. A few blemishes as to be expected. Scott prices a normal $5 single on cover at (3)
